Teys Australia is the second largest meat processor and exporter in Australia. Teys Wagga currently employs over 950 full time employees at the Bomen site. Located in Bomen, a 10 minute drive from Wagga Wagga CBD (New South Wales)

About the Role

• Permanent full time roles, based on a 38 hour week
• Highest possible health, safety and welfare practices in place to protect all employees. All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided.
• Afternoon shift (03:30pm – 11:50pm) to allow for excellent work-life balance
• Onsite Supervisors and Trainers to provide full training and ongoing support

A Closer Look at Industrial Cleaning

As an industrial cleaner you will be expected to assist in cleaning the meat processing plant at the end of each production day. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Dry cleaning
• First hosing
• Foam application
• Scrubbing
• Final rinsing
• Pre-operation checks
• Sanitizing

About You

• No prior experience is necessary, entry level applicants are welcomed
• Pay grades based on your experience and ability. More experienced and skilled applicants are also welcomed.
• Q Fever Vaccinated applicants are encouraged to apply
• Excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
• Reliable and an enthusiastic, 'can do' attitude
• Willing to continually learn and improve skills and knowledge
• Able to perform manual labour in a fast paced environment
• Willing to undergo the recruitment process, including a drug and alcohol test, as well as a full medical and functional test
