The Role
Part of the Airfreight Ops team means you will report to the Airfreight Manager.
Your responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Manage client requirement on mainly Exports and Imports
- Book shipments with Airlines
- Coordinate documentation process with exporter and AQIS
- Maintaining and registering jobs and ensuring any relevant information is updated
- Supply internal Customs Brokers with relevant documents for clearance
- Completing all job requirements from receipt of booking, through to final invoicing
- Immediately reporting any service issues or shortfalls in expected profit to the Manager
- Managing information or general administration support
- Evaluating client requirements and making informed decisions based on these requirement

- Relevant Air Freight Operations experience is essential - minimum 2 years
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Integrity and a can do attitude
