Our client a world leading glass manufacturer located in West End is now seeking to engage several QA production line workers (Verifiers) to verify the quality of glass bottles as they move through the various stages of the end to end manufacturing process.
Your skills for this role will be evaluated in the area of Resort (a QA role that requires less experience than the Verifier position). You will work in resort over several weeks possibly longer prior to being accepted to the 21-day training program for the role of Verifier.

Experience working in a very fast passed manufacturing environment

A very keen eye for detail when it comes to pin pointing bottle defects

Ability to absorb the required checks through a defined training program

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Available to work Monday to Sunday across day, afternoon and night shift as required
On Offer

Permanent shift roster once accepted as a Verifier – comprising od day, afternoon & night shift

Initial Training rate in resort over three days $26.24 per hour day shift

Resort rate of pay after three days training $27.90 per hour day shift

Verifier rate of pay after 21 days $29.74 per hour day shift
-
Shift penalties and OT apply when worked
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, have your own reliable vehicle and drivers licence.
