Alice Roof Tiles, a business unit of Barro Group, is seeking Production Workers for its concrete tile manufacturing plant at Bacchus Marsh.

Applicants will have:

• Forklift high risk licence (current)
• have proven recent experience in production line manufacturing or similar
• be willing to learn all aspects of concrete tile manufacturing
• ability to recognise mechanical/quality issues
• basic mechanical skills
• motivated and reliable; able to apply flexibility and use initiative and logic;  work within a team
• able to maintain records
• be fit and health for work, including physical duties

Tasks include:

• console operation
• tile stacking / forklift operation
• paint application
• quality control
• yard duties and general housekeeping
