The Role
Our success comes from our people and we are currently looking for an experienced and talented Coordinator to join our high performing team at Arndell Park.
The role will be suited to those who have previous experience within a 3PL or Supply Chain background.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry
- Minimum of 2 years experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team of up to 12 (leadership and people management skills)
- Proven experience of problem resolution and issue management
- Proven customer facing/external stakeholder experience
- Ability to prioritise your tasks effectively with your strong time management skills and multi taking capabilities
- Proven experience within Inventory Management (stock takes / inventory control
What are the responsibilities?
- Supervise and inspire the operational team
- Effectively managing daily warehouse operations
- Ensure team and site KPIs are achieved
- Manage Inventory (stock takes / inventory control)
- Build and maintain relationship with customer
- Ensure safe work practices are being followed
- Enforcing compliance of processes and procedures
