Pearl Flight Centre - Darwin
The Pearl Flight Centre is seeking a casual Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) Agent, based in Darwin to join our highly motivated and dynamic team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, dedicated, reliable person who has a can-do attitude, is a quick learner, a team player and is willing to support our operation and other team members
This position requires you to focus on delivering a seamless, safe and efficient service to domestic and international flights.
Responsiblities and Duties:
- Looking after the departing international flights
- Check-in passengers and baggage
- Work closely with passengers and pilots to ensure all requests are met for departure
- Transporting and escorting passengers
- Delivering baggage to the aircraft
- Dispatching the aircraft.
To be successful in this position the candidate must have:
- A valid driver’s licence
- The ability to work early hours of the morning
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Self-confidence and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A commitment to learning and accepting feedback
- A can-do and will-do attitude with a flexible approach
- A focus on delivering exceptional and safe service
- The ability to work autonomously and be an effective team player
- Effective liaison skills with all levels of internal and external parties.
- Excellent communication skills and be highly organised
- A love for working in a front line airport environment
Desired but not essential:
- Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Authority to Drive Airside (ADA)
- Dangerous goods (DG) Certificate
- First Aid
