Manpower are currently seeking goal oriented, experienced pick packers who are familiar with working in a physically demanding work environment. Following a regimented process, you will be selecting the products accurately, safely and efficiently to prepare orders for the stores.
Ideally you will be looking long term employment within a supportive company were the team camaraderie is strong and everyone is working towards the same goals, deadlines and challenging targets.
Shifts can start as early as 5am. The Distribution Centre is open 7 days a week typically 5 out of 7 days are rostered, with each shift being 5 -6 hours long. Ultimately you will be unrestricted with your availability and have the ability to commit to shifts at short notice.
To be considered successful for this role you will possess the following;
- Previous pick packing/order picking exp
- Ability to work to KPI's & pick rates
- Drivers License and Car are necessary
- You will have unlimited working rights
- Ability to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
- Physically fit and able to pass a medical test
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kg on a repetitive basis
