APS are currently seeking experienced forklift operators to join the team as a loader for a large well known transport and logistics company based in Truganina.
The successful candidate will be kept busy with consistent ongoing work.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Operate a counterbalance forklift
- Locate and stage Pallets
- Load/unload trucks and containers of tyres
- Secure the freight
- Manual lifting of up to 25 kgs repetitively (tyre product)
Successful candidates
- Must have a valid LF forklift licence
- Extensive experience loading/unloading trucks
- Recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Be able to provide contactable references (2 years min)
- Be available Monday to Friday for 1:00pm - 9:00pm each day
- MUST be flexible for overtime when required
You must be willing to undertake and pass a medical assessment and police check. APS will organise this for you at your expense. The total cost is $340 which will be deducted from your pay once you commence work over a 4 week period.
PAYRATES: $32.42 per hour
