The Firestorm Fire Protection Group in now over 14 years old and employees more than 90 employees and contractors across Australia and now in New Zealand
This position is required in Rutherford to join a team of planners overseeing more than 10,000 assets across Australia and New Zealand for the Fogmaker fire suppression system for buses, mining, tunnelling, forestry, recycling and civil. This demand necessitates the role of a Planner for servicing and repairs.
We are looking for a keen professional to be based at head office in Rutherford to take on day to day planning and scheduling utilising our Simpro ERP system.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
- Managing all servicing and repairs for fire suppression systems
- Liaising with fellow planners to resource installations
- Planning of jobs
- Exemplary customer service
- High level administrative duties
- Maintenance of database and customer assets
- Manage and raise jobs in SimPRO
- Monthly reporting for clients
- Handle daily phone calls from both customers and technicians
- Working in with other planners to meet client needs and cross skill for leave coverage as required
In order to be successful for this position you must have the following attributes:-
- High level of experience in multi tasking
- Superior ability to problem solve
- Above average skills with Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Ability to liaise with technicians
- Capable of juggling multiple task with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work back at short notice to complete the job
- Ideally experience in Simpro ERP
- CAN Do attitude
- Pleasant phone manner
