WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Based in Ipswich, ChrisTon Packaging is a distributor of specialised Food Packaging and Janitorial Products.
With continued growth, we are seeking the services of a Warehouse Assistant to join a dynamic team to work for 25-30 hours per week Monday to Friday, ensuring great work life balance with weekends off. A typical day would involve receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders and conducting a daily rotational stocktake. As such we are seeking someone who can work efficiently and accurately.
THE POSITION
Your key responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following duties:
- Receiving deliveries with forklift
- Checking stock received from suppliers
- Pick and Pack orders so that they are ready for dispatch.
- Conduct daily rotating stocktake.
THE CANDIDATE
- Forklift licence
- Be punctual and understand the importance of accuracy of picking.
- Previous experience in Food Packaging industry or warehouse management role would be advantageous.
- Have lots of energy and enthusiasm and can take up a full time role in the future.
