NES Global Talent is working closely with our client in the Northern Territory, and are seeking suitable applicants for a Remote Operations Centre Coordinator(ROC) to be based in Darwin.

This position will see the suitable individual, responsible for the effective leadership, direction, performance management and oversight of activities for the ROC across all Operational Assets for the client.

Role Responsibilities

Ensuring a safety and performance culture, and KPI's are met

Developing and managing a state of the art ROC

Technical input, project management and mentoring of team members to achieve all of the clients key outcomes

Overseeing and identifying risks, liaising closely with site based personnel.

Key Experience

Degree or Trade Qualification

Previous experience in a Control room function, preferably in the Power Generation sector.

Managing a team of operators, and ensuring the right Safety and performance culture and all internal KPI's are met.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with teams in remote locations.
