We are looking for the right candidate for a 12 month maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Airfreight Manager your main duties will be to assist in the coordination of the commercial activities and support of all operational activities related to the transportation of General & Perishable Cargo by air within the Queensland market.
To be considered for this role, you will be experienced in airfreight operations, preferably with some perishables exposure but this is not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate who wants to learn. You will be familiar with export quarantine and customs regulations as well as being someone who is organised and efficient. You will need to be DG registered and AACA approved and be skilled in various computer systems. There will be some cross over to airfreight imports so we are looking for someone who is willing to grow. Please note some weekend work is part of this role.
