Description

As a Freight Coordinator you will be responsible for providing timely and commercially minded service. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Managing customer queries and keeping customers updated with any delivery delays

• Order Management including order updates and additions

• Updating pricing and costing sheets

• Preparing accurate shipment documentation

• Customer Invoicing

• Clerical support and archiving

• Managing customs and AQIS requirements

Profile

To be considered for this position you will be hard working with proven ability to take initiative. You will also:

• Demonstrate experience in customer service and administration
• Have previous experience dealing with Ocean Freight - import and export
• Have experience activating shipments, lodging cargo and EDO
• Be available to complete the 6 month fixed term contract and be open to extension
