About the role

This position is heavily based around sales and warehouse pick packing with a normal day typically involving tasks such as:

• Preparing quotes and providing product information
• Taking incoming calls and engaging with customers
• Unloading and loading trucks via forklift 
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup. This involves lifting boxes up to 23kg 
• Receive and process warehouse stock products 
• Perform inventory controls
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment

Hours

The position is full time with 38 hours falling between 8am and 4:30pm from Monday - Friday.

To be considered for this role you must have

• Experience in a customer service and/or warehouse environment
• Sound computer skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Satisfaction in finding solutions to customer problems
• Reliability
• Forklift license preferred
• Drivers licence preferable
• A white card 
• The ability to lift heavy materials
• Clean professional presentation
