The Client - Your new company
A small business specialising in the installation, servicing and refurbishment of commercial & industrial water storage tanks based in Western Sydney is now looking for their next labourer to join their small team. Join this friendly, supportive and Australian owned business that really looks after their staff.
Your new role
You will be working across Sydney Metro sites installing, refurbishing and maintaining a range of commercial & industrial water tanks. Your duties will include:
- On the job training is provided
- Using hand & power tools
- Work in a small friendly & dedicated team
- Interstate travel is possible if you are interested
- Progression is available for those wanting to be a leading hand or supervisor
If you have experience in construction, labouring, assisting trades, yard hand or general hand work and are looking to take the next step this could be for you.
What do you need to be successful?
- You have a great work ethic and 'can do' attitude
- You have a current drivers licence and your own transport to get to and from site
- You have a White Card
- Confined Space ticket preferred but not essential
- You have a good understanding of hand & power tools
- You have a good level of fitness and are not afraid of hard work
- You like working outdoors across various sites
We are looking for someone to start straight away, the typical hours of operation are between 7am-3pm Monday to Friday. However some projects may include interstate travel, afternoon or night shift work.
Pay is from $28 - $32 per hour + Overtime + Super
