About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to become an integral member of our team. Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be across all Quality Assurance procedures, compliance certification and other associated accreditations. You will be keen to learn and develop within your role as well as contribute to the growth and reputation of the company with our outstanding quality products and first-class customer service.
About you
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Development and maintenance of company processes to comply with internal and external standards
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Accurately and insightfully document processes, procedures, inspection and test results
- Coordinate calibration of all necessary test equipment and fixtures used in the inspection and testing process
- Manage the QMS maintenance plan to ensure ongoing compliance and process effectiveness
- Participate in non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis
- Provide QMS related feedback, support and training to various departments as required
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – preferably Mechanical or Electronics
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of ISO9001 Quality Assurance principals and industry standards and practices
- Knowledge of Ex, CE and UL auditing and certification is an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal – to effectively interact with management, production, customers and engineering departments
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
- Superior attention to detail, problem analysis skills and technical reporting capabilities
- Sound leadership qualities with a thirst for personal and professional development
- Ability to work autonomously and in a various team environments
