An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and reliable Regional Trade Stores Manager to join our USG Boral team based in South East QLD business. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible in ensuring the efficient management and development of the regions trade stores and personnel in accordance with the company’s strategic plans, values, operating budgets and policies.
Key duties:
- Maintain and builds relationships by demonstrating unwavering commitment to customer service
- Provide leadership, management and development of Trade Store personnel and ensure all USG Boral training and development programs are completed
- Ensure correct staffing levels and expertise across the trade store network, including assisting trade store managers with performance management outcomes
- Manage trade store profit & loss while implementing strategies to effect change where required, and
- Maintain and improve trade stores performance regarding individual objectives and performance criteria through the meeting of KPI requirements.
Key criteria:
- Proven experience in sales, distribution or customer service
- Well developed communication and training skills with the ability to identify development opportunities
- You are a natural leader with a strong inclination towards improving processes and change management
- Demonstrated ability and understanding of financial budget and profit and loss reporting
- High-level computer skills with demonstrated capability in Microsoft applications
- Current Drivers Licence, and
- Forklift Licence, (preferred but not essential and must be willing to obtain one).
