Due to continued supply chain growth, they require an experienced and qualified Inventory Supervisor to join their passionate team.
About the role
As Inventory Supervisor, you will lead a team of 10, and will be responsible for the efficient flow of goods inbound and outbound, along with stock accuracy within the DC and warehouse management system (WMS).
Duties
- Warehouse Management System: Facilitate the use of the WMS and act as a super user, ensuring the the setup, maintenance and implementation of the various functions of the platform.
- Stock Control: Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and all discrepancies investigated. Develop cycle count process and maintain KPI reporting on product movements.
- Staff Management: Lead, develop and coach a team of 10 across in the Despatch and Picking.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound container movements with third party freight providers, and work with the shipping department to ensure documentation in order.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be an experienced and qualified Inventory supervisor with a demonstrated track record of success in Warehouse management systems and stock control. Ideally having experience in the retail sector, you will also be tertiary qualified and be highly motivated and hold a strong work ethic.
