Our Service Supervisors/Schedulers support our Service Technicians by providing effective routes for the delivery of our products and services to our customers. As a Service Supervisor/Scheduler, you will ensure Service Excellence is performed throughout the entire service department. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will generate jobs and schedule work for allocated routes. You will also contribute to the success of Fresh & Clean by providing excellent customer satisfaction to our wide variety of customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Daily management of a team of service technicians and their runs
- Daily debriefs with the service team
- Scheduling and planning routes
- Ensuring all customer enquiries are resolved
- Service administration
You will enjoy working in a team environment and interacting with internal and external people on a regular basis. You will be accustomed to meeting and exceeding your performance targets set for the Service Supervisor/Scheduler. You will be able to co-ordinate a team in conjunction with the Operations Manager
To be successful as a Service Supervisor/Scheduler with us you will have the following key skills and experience:
- Proven team management experience of 20+
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills with clear and confident telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Excellent PC skills (Excel)
- A proven strong track-record in a customer service role
