Revolution Roofing is a sheet metal roll forming business operating in 3 states looking for a positive professional that has the ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing setting. The individual shall be a positive culture leader and influencer, develop employees, and promote an engaged and safe workplace. They shall have a proven track record in driving actions that achieve results in key areas of a business including safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost savings.

The role: 

• Fulfilment of the production plan
• Production reporting and development of weekly KPI's
• Quality control of all products
• Allocation of factory labour in line with planned work and process schedules
• Effective communications between Sales, Scheduling, Dispatch, Maintenance and QA
• Supervise training of new staff
• Review current production process and implement continuous system improvements

The person:

To be successful in this role you will have had solid and proven experience in a Manufacturing Supervisory Leadership role in a manufacturing environment, and will have the following skills, ability & experience:

• Solid experience in Performance Management & development of employees
• High energy levels, being proactive and personal resilience required
• Experience leading a large group of production personnel and Team Leaders
• Ability to drive a safety-first culture, 5S and better machine uptime
• Demonstrated ability to improve engagement and culture through leadership, training and being a good mentor for the production team
• Monitor employee performance and implement employee improvement programs
