Process Workers/Distribution Workers Needed

We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Process Workers to work within a fast-paced environment of a leading food manufacturing company, located in Burleigh Heads.

You will have the desire to work in a team and have the opportunity for further development and career progression.

As part of this role, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assembly line work
• Picking and packaging of finished product
• Basic machine operation
• Food Handling
• Working for a national company that operates 24/7
• Fantastic company culture

To be successful for this role, you must possess the following:

• Previous experience working within a FMCG environment
• Have an understanding of GMP and OHS standards
• Can follow initiative and adhere to all directions given
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Reliable transport

This opportunity would be suited for individuals who require flexible working arrangements on a 24/7 roster and will enjoy working within a fast paced, food production environment. Team work is a must and there will be ongoing opportunities for training and development.
