Your new company
Hays are working with Australia's leading supplier of cash management solutions. This innovative and forward-thinking company have grown to a market leading position in the supply and service of coin, note and cheque processing machinery. This includes but is not limited to sorters, counters and weighers. Due to company growth, there is a requirement for a National Service Manager to join the team and control the service business.

Your new job
The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of company products and services through a team of field technicians, agents and the supporting business units.
Key to the success of this role will be the ability of the Service Manager to lead the technicians and agents within the Australian region. In this position you will have responsibility for:

  • Daily task allocation.
  • Parts & warehouse management.
  • Management of field technicians and agents.
  • Health & Safety.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as the National Service Manager, it is important you have senior level technical experience with electromechanical machinery. Cash sorting knowledge is desirable but not essential.

  • A business degree or formal management training is required.
  • Proven people management skills including leading, developing and influencing team outcomes.
  • Strong Market Sector awareness.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


What you'll get in return
