Blending Operator - Team Leader

About the company:

Prestige Blending is a well-known food manufacturer based in the Gold Coast region. Due to substantial growth, we are seeking a Team Leader to lead the Blending department.

About the role:

• This is a full time role with the day shift hours being 7am - 3.30pm

Skills & experience:

• Training will be provided but previous experience in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is essential
• You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail accuracy and a flexible attitude

Your main responsibilities as a Team Leader include:

• Lead, delegate and mentor your team in the Blending room
• Accurately weigh food powders and ingredients
• Mixing & blending these ingredients
• Follow strict protocols and procedures
• Comply with company's quality systems
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
