Laser Cutting & Fabrication - Internal Sales Person/Estimator Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Internal Sales / Estimation team to join our young and family focussed company.
Allplates is a state of the art manufacturing company, located on the Gold Coast, we use world leading machinery for all aspects of metal processing and manufacturing. We pride ourselves on our facilities, excellent working conditions and being able to offer the opportunity to work alongside industry leading professionals.
The role is an important one and will include day to day sales and estimation as well as supervising of our other experienced team members. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be the link between the team and management, responsible for ensuring other members of the sales and estimation team are working to a common goal.
The successful candidate will possess:

Experience in this industry is essential

Experience as a supervisor preferred but not essential

Excellent written and verbal communication

Outstanding telephone and face to face customer service skills

Enthusiastic winning attitude and a drive for high sales results

A friendly persona and excellent rapport building skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Excellent ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing principles

An understanding of 2D & 3D CAD and or technical drawing software experience

Experience in sheet metal and structural steel

Excellent, Outlook, Word and Excel Computer skills.

Knowledge of ITMS and other laser cutting softwares would be an advantage
