Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) is a proudly WA family owned and operated business. With over 42 years' experience manufacturing swimming pools for local, national and international markets, we are the market leader in our industry.

We are excited to announce that due to growth in production demand we have an opportunity available for a Manufacturing Process Worker. The position is based in Jandakot at our purpose built manufacturing facility which is a world class composites work environment.

Your most important qualifications for this role.

Must be able to demonstrate experience and ability to use hand tools safely and accurately in a Manufacturing environment that has the primary role to trim, drill and fit PVC fittings, perform basic plumbing with PVC pipe, detail and clean FRP composite swimming pools ready for delivery.

• Read and understand basic technical drawings.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrate a history and ability to operate in a Manufacturing environment at a high level.
• Able to use specialist materials for the manufacture of quality products.

Additionally you must:

• Have a 'Safety First' attitude to work.
• A get it 'right first time' approach to quality.
• Be an awesome team player by understanding and demonstrating the importance of being reliable and have punctual attendance.
• Have great communication skills and have the ability deal with people from all walks of life.
• Be passionate and enthusiastic about everything you learn and do.
• Experience or knowledge of FRP composite an advantage but not essential.
• Be willing to 'learn'.
