Opportunity for an experienced Logistics Coordinator in Adelaide's Northern side.
Your new company
Hays Logistics are excited to be recruiting for our client, a Plant and Machinery Hire Organisation based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide. They have a strong focus on Health and Safety, along with Exceptional Customer Service and a Strong and Collaborative Workplace Culture.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics within the branch, including but not limited to scheduling and programming of deliveries and collections, minimising sub contract requirements. You will also be responsible for completing all administrative duties of the logistics area of the branch including but not limited to quotations, bookings, deliveries, invoicing, RTR's, on / off hire, end of month purchase orders, safe work procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in Logistics or Manufacturing is Essential, along with an ability to supervise and motivate staff within this field. Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes are essential. Finally, a strong work ethic and high level of integrity and commitment are required to successfully complete this role.
