Description
As a Picker, you will be required, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Operation of either a gas or electric forklift
- Moving stock to designated areas with forklift or other MHE
- Using a pick sheet to perform pick and pack duties
- Lifting up to 25kgs when needed
- Ensuring you are adhering to your key performance indicators
- Liaising with team leaders and other team members to ensure efficiency
- Following company codes of conduct and the chain of responsibility
Profile
You will be a highly motivated forklift operator with the ability to go above the call of duty when needed. To be successful, you will possess the following qualities:
- Current HRW Forklift License (a must)
- Adaptability - you may be subject to regular shift changes
- Attention to detail
- Effective organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Have a strong focus on WH&S
- Basic computer literacy with a focus on MS office (Desirable)
- Use of an RF Scanner (Desirable)
