One of our well respected client a multinational company situated in the North Melbourne are currently seeking to employ an experienced Factory Hand / Labourer to work in their warehouse. This position will be an ongoing casual position (with the potential to go permanent for the right person).
The working days are Monday - Friday with various shifts starting and finishing between 0700 - 1800.
The duties will include but not be limited to:
- Use of hand and power tools
- Assembly work
- Dismantling / Rebuilding / Fixing of pallets
- Washing of empty pallets
- Operating forklift
- General labouring / warehouse duties
To be successful in these roles you must satisfy the below criteria:
- Available to commence ASAP
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Hold a current FORKLIFT licence (desirable but not essential)
- Reliable, Punctual and have good communication skills
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a relevant Visa which entitles the bearer to work in Australia
- If successful must pass a full medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
