The Role
Our awesome afternoon shift team leader has been promoted internally! We're so happy for him, but that means we are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the Winning family in our VIC DC. Based out of our fast paced Laverton North Warehouse, you will be part of a team of 4 who pick, put away and stage our huge range of appliance stock. Reporting to the Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you'll be a key part of the team and the operations of the warehouse in your shift, but you won’t be afraid to step in to the supervisor's shoes when we need you. Your shift will be 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday.

Our team is made up of generalists, so your team has a lot of flexibility, and you will need to allocate their time across receiving, dispatch, RF scanning, and pick/put aways. We go through some really busy periods (just ask about our crazy Boxing Day Sales) but your can-do attitude will ensure you deliver on the Winning Group value to 'assume every problem is solvable', which is how we receive and dispatch 1000 units of appliances each day! 

We're between DC Managers at the moment, but don't worry, we'll have someone awesome on board shortly! We have an experienced, tight-knit warehouse team, and your energetic, hard-working nature will make sure you feel like part of the family in no time. You’ll also have the potential for real career progression - our General Manager started off as a driver over 15 years ago!
  
Skills and Experience

• Warehouse Team Leader experience;
• LF forklift licence (LO will be highly regarded);
• RF scanning experience;
• Can - do attitude;
