Are you a Production guru who has exceptional critical path management experience? We are seeking a dedicated and talented production candidate who has the ability to work to tight lead times! This is a great opportunity for a sourcing professional seeking a role in a small business where you will be able to take ownership of the production and sample management process.

The business is going through a period of change therefore they are seeking a candidate who is happy to role their sleeves up and work cross functionally when required.

The Responsibilities Include:

• Management of local and offshore supplier relations
• Garment production management to meet the company's quality standards and delivery schedules
• Trouble shooting and process revaluation to ensure on time delivery at the highest possible margin
• Driving fit sessions and garment quality
• Assisting with the production planning process
• Previous experience managing a complex supply chain 
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the sourcing processes 
• Previous experience attending overseas factory meetings
• Creating detailed tech packs

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Proven experience within production
• Strong knowledge pertaining to garment make and fit
• Knowledge of offshore production processes
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience within Adobe Suite
