Hourly rates for loaders/washers from $27.75
Hourly rates for MR & Rear Loader Drivers from $28.83
Hourly rates for HR Front Lift and Side Loader Drivers from $29.51

Due to continued company domestic and commercial growth URM are seeking HR/MR drivers and loaders/runners to join our team of professional employees to learn all aspects of the waste industry. We are currently seeking drivers who are safety focused, reliable with a keen eye for detail and are extremely committed to the business and its needs.
Your new role
- In this role, you will be responsible for operating in a safe and compliant manner, being customer serviced focused and part of a progressive team.

- You will be responsible for full completion of routes and rewarded for a Job well done!
What you'll need to succeed
- You will hold a current NSW HR or MR vehicle licence (drivers only)
- You will have a strong worth ethic as you need to work fast and be efficient
- You will have good written and verbal communication
- You will need to be trained on the use of ipad technology and closely follow directions
- You will have a can do attitude with 100% commitment to the Company
- You will be an early starter and be flexible with working hours
