Long established Biologicals manufacturing company located in East Brisbane is seeking a Production Processing Leader
Due to continued company growth we are now recruiting highly motivated, hands-on candidates with production experience in manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities of this position are:
- Overseeing production staff
- Lead by example through production and ensure all operation procedures have been followed
- Ensure all manufacturing batch records are filled out in real time and accurate manner.
- Reporting to the BSA Production Manager and Site Manager.
- Operation of the of the following equipment as required:
Plant Boiler, Clean Steam Generator, RDV, Ultra/Diafiltration Filters, Aseptic microfiltration, meters such as flow, pH, conductivity etc.
- Liaise with QC laboratory staff about testing of collected samples
- Work with QA in preparation of final batch documents
QUALIFICATION / SKILLS

- Basic knowledge of general science
- Mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrate leadership traits
- Attention to detail
- Organisational and management capabilities
- Ability to prioritize work load
- Food/chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Understand GMP and AS/NZS ISO Quality Management System
- Strong oral and communication abilities
