The Opportunity

The Sourcing and Procurement department at CSL Behring is currently recruiting a Supplier Compliance Coordinator to join their dynamic team at our Broadmeadows site.  You will manage key quality processes and systems within the procurement function. In this role you will act as the key coordinator between the suppliers and internal stakeholders to support resolution of quality related topics and vendor changes. Using your project facilitation experience, you will have direct impact on coordinating CSL Behring’s compliance with its supplier.

The Role

Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure compliance to all CSL Behring policies
• Run and present department KPI metrics and analyse to identify system and process improvements
• Support Team of Buyer-Planner as required
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to approve supplier additions, changes and deletions and participate actively in the Material Review Board
• Actively manage and resolve quality issues to meet quality standards with both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage vendor change, notifications, deviations, change controls and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
• Lead internal reviews of procurement processes to maintain relevance in line with CSL Behring practices 

To be successful

• A minimum of tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline
• Previous experience in Manufacturing, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries would be highly desirable
• Experience using the full Office suite - MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project and MS-Outlook
• Ariba use and catalog management would be advantageous
• Excellent customer focus.
