Warehouse Supervisor – Stainless Steel Distribution
Independently owned and located in Pinkenba, Fagersta Steels are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join the dynamic and close-knit team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Managing goods inwards & outwards physically and using computerised system
- Forklift driving
- Picking and packing
- Truck loading and unloading
- Planning and coordination of own fleet truck x1
- Maintenance of Plant and Equipment
- Managing 1x Storeman and 1x Driver
- Planning and organisation of the warehouse floor
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Ad hoc
Skills & Experience:
- Current forklift licence
- Current medium rigid truck licence
- Computer literacy
- Excellent Communication skills
- Problem-solving and dispute resolution skills
Qualities:
- Strong leadership and team player/builder
- Self-motivated and Can-Do attitude
- Reliable and flexible
- High integrity and strong work ethics
