Job description:

Automotive Services is the RACV’s operational delivery arm for all automobile related services, including Emergency Roadside Assist (ERA), Vehicle Inspections, Servicing and Repairs, RACV’s Drive School and the new RACV Mobile Tyre Service. Servicing more than $150m of revenue the department oversees the delivery of >750,000 ERA call outs, more than 170,000 driving lessons to 30,000 students, >15,000 vehicle inspections and car service and repairs for members worth more than $10m per annum.

 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented process improvement analyst to join our renowned team. Specifically, the role will provide support to the constituent business groups in Automotive Services in the areas of proactive business process improvement, project management, performance benchmarking and customer feedback analysis. Constituent business groups include Metropolitan and Regional Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA), Motoring Services – Vehicle Inspections, Drive School and Accredited Auto Care Centres (AACCs), and Commercial Services including the Noble Park Service Centre and National Assistance Programs.

 

You will proactively engage with the business to identify and deliver operational and process improvement opportunities.  Initiatives will be expected to target improved efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on quality and member outcomes, which in turn deliver improved operational management information to the business.
