Bradnam's Windows and Doors have over 40 years experience in the manufacturing and distribution of high quality aluminium windows and doors. Due to increased capacity we are now looking to expand the team at the Sydney office.

The role involves the day to day coordination of service and scheduling of service work for technicians, including:

• Manage incoming service requests
• Communicate with service technicians to ensure specific customer requirements are achieved
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Work with fellow schedulers to deliver excellent customer service
• Preparation of reports for management as required

Successful applicants will have:

• Advanced Excel and Outlook skills
• Previous window scheduling experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solve under pressure
• Dynamic thinking
