The NRMA MotorServe division is actively seeking an experienced Foreman to join their busy workshop based in Rouse Hill.

To be successful for the role you will be an enthusiastic individual who can carry out high quality servicing, diagnosis and repair work on a range of vehicles, with a real focus on customer satisfaction.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Ensure commitment and compliance to Occupational Health & Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity legislation and company policies.All activities must be carried out in a safe environment using safe work practices.

  • Lead by example and ensure the team perform activities to timelines, including start, meal breaks and finish time.
  • Willingness to coach and develop, share knowledge with team and assist others.
  • Pride in personal appearance and neatness in dress standards.
  • Assist Automotive Technicians achieve operation efficiencies and are industry best.
  • Perform overtime as required to ensure business needs are met.
  • Ensure workstations are clean and organised.
  • Workshop control of operational procedures
  • Assist the Store Manager achieve budgets

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

  • A current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent
  • A current Drivers License
  • Desirable to have E-Safety (pink slip) licence, LPG and post trade qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in service and maintenance with cars
  • Great diagnostic skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  • Great organisation abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work Saturdays as and when required
