PowAGroup is a Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Wholesaler, with a growing online presence, who require a full time Warehousing & Customer Support Superstar for their busy warehouse in Goulburn.

➢ A large amount of manual stock handling in receiving incoming goods, packing shelves, picking & packing orders and loading delivery vehicles.
➢ Strong communication skills & the ability to speak with customers in person and over the phone regarding their orders or requirements .
➢ High attention to detail in counting and receiving stock and updating details into their computer system
➢ Occasional delivery run to Canberra and Sydney.
➢ Ability to meet delivery or ordering deadlines, set reminders and priorities to meet expectations.
➢ Previous warehousing experience would be desirable or School leavers having completed their full HSC to end of year 12 and willing to complete a Certificate IV in Warehousing may also apply.
For this position first and foremost, You must be a great team player with a positive “Can do”, “Just Do It” and “Find a Way” type of person. You must be willing to take responsibility and ownership of your role and be persistent, and not afraid of confronting challenges. You must also be able to work independently, have great people skills, customer service attitude & good phone manner.
