Our CBC stream is currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Support Coordinator candidate to join their dynamic team based in Wetherill Park, Sydney Australia. We are looking for a person who has Inventory experience in our industry or a similar industry, with a positive attitude.

Position Summary:

The role is primarily to assist the Regional Sales Manager & Operations Manager to drive policies, procedures and processes in relation to inventory across the NSW branches (SR6 & SR7). Ensure daily operations are in place and drive productivity and inventory disciplines across our regions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately managing and supporting daily provision of information along with execution of those at the branches in conjunction with Operations and Branch Managers.
  • Ensuring SROs are reviewed and run via agreed schedule.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of all required annual stock takes in conjunction with Stream Inventory Support Coordinator and Regional Operation Manager. Schedule weekly stock audits in all branches
  • Manage key inventory KPI’s across the region, including Stock disposition, Stock Reduction, Dead Stock, Excess Stock, Credits & Returns.
  • Must be able to conduct overnight travel as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Good understanding of spreadsheets and invoice procedures
  • MICQ and IMAS knowledge is highly regarded but not essential
  • Supply chain knowledge high regarded
  • Understand the importance of achieving stock budget for region and achieving stock turns
  • Basic MS Office skills – including Excel, Word and Outlook, PowerPoint
  • IMAS database experience required
