We are seeking applications from exceptional candidates for the role of Implementation Manager, and join Cricket Australia’s Community Cricket Team, focusing on development and management of a program of work and coordinating the implementation of activities across CA and States and Territories to time and budget.
 
Reporting to the Head of Delivery and Support Services, in this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the overall program of work for the Community Cricket department. You will be accountable for the development of timelines and managing the coordination of activities across all community Cricket work streams. You will work closely with State and Territory teams and other relevant stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and ensure the right level of support and planning.  You will also be responsible for aligning and sequencing all stakeholder communication. You will utilise your strong planning and influencing and stakeholder management skills to drive and manage change and will deliver first class support. • Project management experience

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a role implementing and driving change. project management and you will also have the ability to have fun whilst delivering outcomes.
 
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and proven project management skills are essential. You must also have first-class interpersonal skills, the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships and a genuine desire to succeed.
