We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Consumer & Retail Partnerships (C&RP) team based in Sydney on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will provide support to the National Strategy and Operations team and partner with the C&RP Leadership Team across a range of strategic and operational business initiatives. This role is responsible for driving specific strategic projects to optimise segment performance and relationships with key partners.

The opportunity

The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Support Senior Managers in developing operational strategy, defining strategic projects & implementing strategic initiatives
• Identify & implement initiatives to increase operational strategy & improve procedures across C&RP
• Review, develop & manage existing processes to identify and recommend efficiencies and opportunities;
• Deliver regular reporting & strategic analysis on business activities & results
• Develop and deliver presentations, including the facilitation of workshops, as required;
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to share knowledge & achieve goals
• Support team members to draw insights from discussions and qualitative or quantitative analysis to drive decision making

What does success look like?

• Demonstrated experience in identifying operational process improvements and business analysis;
• Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate business needs in developing & mapping appropriate solutions;
• Strong customer focus with attention to SLAs and providing a quality outcome;
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task together with excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation, good negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills
