Excellent opportunity to join an Australian iconic brank within Financial Services as a Change Manager on a permanent basis. The role sits within a remediation program and will report to the Change Lead work closely with the business areas to implement the changes to the program reaching the agreed metrics and desired outcomes.

To be successful you will have the following experience, skills and/or qualifications -
- Change/Project Management & Process Improvement
- Highly developed Change Management skills
- Experience in process development, managing small projects and process improvement
Duties and responsibilities -
- Stakeholder Management
- Business Management and Analysis
- Ability to think strategically and manage across functional business groups.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with process improvement techniques and tools.
- Excellent understanding of initiative management lifecycle and management concepts.
- Sound understanding of key financial terms and measures.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, in particular ability to prepare and delivery presentations to senior audiences.
Personal attributes -
- Tertiary education in a business related degree desirable.
- 3 + years in a Change Management related role
