Reporting to a Change Manager, you will be involved in defining and delivering change management activities to stakeholders, supporting programs in identifying all impacts, assessing organisation readiness and implementing the appropriate change management activities to support the transition.
 
From conducting the stakeholder analysis to managing the business impact assessment, delivering communication plans and conducting training needs analysis and strategy, your experience will be versatile; enabling you to think laterally and 'connect the dots' when required.
 
You will present with commercial experience in stakeholder management and organisational change management across large to medium scale business improvement and/or technology programs.  You will have developed worked across all facets for change from assessing as is / to be process, developed communication strategies, to process improvement activities and learning strategies.
   
This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your ability to engage with multiple senior stakeholders as well as showcase your strong background in organisational change management. Those with a tenacious approach and proactive attitude will thrive in this role!
  
Experience working within a Wealth Management or Trading environment will also be considered highly advantageous.
