Dual Trade – Electrician / Refrigeration Mechanics

The Role

Aerison are currently seeking experienced Duel Trade Air-Conditioner Maintenance Workers (MUST HAVE AN ELECTRICAL LICENCE) for a FIFO role in the North West starting ASAP, working a 2 week on, 1 week off roster. Flights and accommodation provided.

Scope of work will be undertaking various preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown works on site, working with a small but dedicated crew.

Skills & Experience

• A Grade Electrical License
• Trade Certificate Refrigeration -  Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
• RAC01 - Refrigerant Handling License – Qualified Persons
• ARC License
• Previous mine site experience
• Valid Manual Drivers License (Australian)
• Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Current Confined Space (within 2 years)
• High Risk Licence - EWP, LF
• Provide First Aid & CPR
• Rights to Work in Australia
• LV Panel Rescue

The below experience & attributes will be considered as desirable for the role;

• Experience working on small contract works on remote mine sites
• Use of computerised diagnostic equipment to fault find on large scale air conditioning units
• Pro-active & a self-starter
• Ability to work alone & in a team environment
• Comfortable working on an asbestos site 
• Proven analytical fault finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Skilled at carrying out preventative maintenance schedules and undertaking emergency breakdowns
• Excellent understanding of OHS&E policies and procedures\
