Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of structural, mechanical, piping and electrical maintenance services, shutdowns, fixed plant maintenance services, access solutions, specialist coatings, marine, rail, asset integrity and sustaining capital works.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced, innovative and driven Branch Manager to join our growing team. Based in Port Hedland either local or on a 5:2/ 4:3 roster, you will oversee the diverse range of works undertaken and liaise with multiple key customers, creating the opportunity to contribute to business success and development potential within the region. Critical in this role is a hands-on leader who is safety focussed, commercially astute, people focussed and solution driven. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an integral part in growing an already successful business.

This an opportunity for a driven indiviudal to grow this branch dealing with major multiple clients with a lot of doversity and mukti-disciplanry business disciplines. You will oversee:

• 5 Superintendents, 2 engineers, HSE; with a total workforce of 80-250

We are passionate about hearing from people who have:

• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline or relevant trade qualification
  A minimum of 5 years in a similar role managing projects/maintenance/shutdowns in the resources sector
• Strong Analytical skills (proposals, business cases, financial analysis, contracts)
• A good understanding in commercials, budgets, forecasting and change management (involving changes to scope, quantities and timeframes)
• Well-developed written communication skills
• Client relationship focus with previous business development experience
• An innovative approach to continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
• Validated experience delivering safe and reliable shutdown service solutions and committed to the safety, wellbeing and development of employees
