The role:
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent; the Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, resourcing and scheduling all work required for the processing plant and mine infrastructure.
- Provide maintenance planning services under the direction of the Business Improvement Specialist
- Manage maintenance spend in line with the annual budgets set by Maintenance Manager
- Ensure schedules are accurately monitored to ensure equipment availability and reliabilities are achieved
- Confirm, collate and deliver the weekly schedule Work Orders generated by Pronto, to the respective area supervisor
- Be proactive in identifying and reporting potential hazards and eliminating risk taking behaviours or actions
- Actively promote continuous improvement to improve safety, operational efficiencies and reduce costs
- Commit to maintain health, safety and security standards and principles, both within own workplace and through the identification of potential risks throughout Evolution
Are you the one?
- Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in maintenance management (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years post trade planning experience in fixed plant maintenance
- Previous experience in asset management.
- Competent user of Pronto, MS Project, MS Word and Excel
- Proficient with data management and software
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills at all levels
- Project management skills advantageous
