Mine Site Electricians- Immediate start in Cobar NSW
MEC Industry Services are seeking applications from motivated electrical tradesman interested in an electrical maintenance position with a Cobar Based Mining Operation.
Vacant positions include: Underground Electrical.
About the positions:
-Work based in Cobar NSW 2835.
-7 on 7 off roster, with accommodation subsidized.
-DIDO or Residential.
- around $55 an hour based on experience
key aspects of roles:
1) Underground Electrical Position:
- 1000V and 11Kv power reticulation.
- Installation of Underground Panels and Starters
- Statutory Inspections
- Tele-remote Installation and maintenance
-Tamrock and Atlas Drill Rig Services and maintenance.
2) Surface Mine Site Electricians and instrument Technicians
- Preventative and corrective maintenance in all aspects of the process plant- grinding, floatation, filtration and secondary services.
Essential Criteria required for all roles:
- Capability to pass Pre Employment Medical and random Drug/Alcohol testing.
- Right to work within Australia.
- Current NSW Electrical Licence.
-Must be motivated, hard working and safety conscious.
- Previous mine site experience or heavy industry experience an advantage.
-Able to work with others and follow directions.
- High Voltage Switching Ticket an advantage.
- Allen Bradley PLC experience an advantage.
