POSITION SUMMARY
Otraco International is the world's leading provider of Earthmover/Off-road tyre management services to the mining industry. Entirely independent of any tyre manufacturer or supplier, we have continued to set new benchmarks in tyre performance – delivering dramatic savings with uncompromising standards of quality, safety and professionalism.
We are currently recruiting a Business Improvement Engineer in the Western Australian region, where you will be required to support our differing projects and associated objectives in the region. The role will be required to lead, motivate and focus a small team of subject matter experts to deliver positive customer and operational outcomes that are sustainable. This will be achieved by utilising continuous improvement thinking, business analytics and project management methodologies.
ABOUT YOU
- Preferably a minimum of 2+ years in a Business Improvement / Engineering role
- Well developed interpersonal / communication skills allowing you to engage effectively both internally and externally
- Demonstrated high level of experience researching, analysing and presenting business data
- Exposure to resources industries
- Possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
- An understanding that safety is paramount, with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety procedures
