Are you up to the challenge of joining a high performing National Team, to make your mark and forge a career within a global organisation?  As the Energy Commodity Market Modelling Analyst, you will have the opportunity to utilize statistical software for in-depth analysis of fundamental energy data, form and communicate opinions on past, present, and future energy markets and develop models for forecasting global energy.

 

Managing over $30 billion in annual energy spend for over 300,000 sites globally, the Energy and Sustainability Services division based in Melbourne’s CBD, is a growing Business with passion for helping our clients reduce their energy spend and consumption.

 

Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we do believe that instrumental to your success in this role will be your knowledge and or qualifications in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics with demonstrated experience gained in analytical modelling in the energy, commodity or related industries. You will have strong problem-solving skills focused on providing solutions combined with the ability to communicate complex analysis and ideas in a concise manner. Programming skills including Matlab will be required. That’s the technical stuff, but equally critical is your energy, curiosity, customer focus and ability to collaborate extensively whilst remaining a selfless and committed team player.
