We are seeking a plant mechanic who has the ability to provide positive Leadership to their team along with a dedication to customer satisfaction. A neat and organised approach to work is essential. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor your roster is Monday to Friday, 10 hours per shift on a rotating roster (2 weeks of dayshift, 1 week of nightshift, 1 Saturday worked per month for 5 hours).
Essential Criteria:
- HD Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Forklift & Dogging Ticket
- Current C Class Licence
- Previous experience in a Leadership role
- Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Dedicated commitment to Safety & Quality Assurance Policies
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
You will have a proactive and methodical approach to your work and the willingness to take the initiative in resolving day to day issues
